Prize Money for the Endurathon 54.0 and for the Endurathon 27.0 is subject to the Prize Money Regulations given here under.
To be eligible for Prize Money, a participant must have a valid confirmation of participation and must have been allotted a valid bib number by the Organisers.
Prize money will be paid to the top 3 (three) finishers of the Endurathon 54.0 and the Endurathon 27.0, as specified, without regard to age or category of application. Prize money will be paid, as detailed, separately for Men and Women.
Prize money will also be paid to the top 3 (three) finishers of the Endurathon 54.0 and the Endurathon 27.0, in each age category, for Men and Women. This will be as detailed under "Prizes" in the section "Endurathon 54.0" of this website.
No participant will be eligible to win two prizes. For example, if a participant wins a prize as one of the top three finishers in a race, this participant will not be eligible to receive a prize under the appropriate age category also.
The overall ranking of participants by finish time will be declared and there will be no change or adjustments to account for winning of age category prizes. For example, if a runner has come third overall, but first in the age category, this will be correctly reflected. Prize money will be given to the next eligible person by finish time. Ranking will not change.
All participants must start the race at the designated time. All ranking of winners and prizes will be decided on GUN TIME only. Net time will not be considered for this purpose.
Entitlement to Finish Positions (Ranking) and to Prize Money winning is subject to:
Bib time capturing at all timing points on the course including the start and finish points.
Physical verification by Race Officials and anti-cheat cameras, as applicable.
Dope test results, as applicable.
Runners found to have interchanged their bibs or bib tags with others will be disqualified from the competition. Such runners will not be entitled to any timing, medal, trophy or prize money.
Prize winners declared may be required, at the sole discretion of the organizers, to submit additional documents and / or declarations, for disbursement of prize money.
Prize money winnings are subject to applicable Indian Income Tax rules and the same shall be borne by the winner.
All prize money will be paid in Indian Rupees only.
All efforts will be made to ensure fairness and accuracy in recording of start, finish and intermediate times. Any appeal or protest regarding declaration of ranking and position (top three only) must be brought to the attention of the Organisers within 30 minutes of the declaration of such results. The decision of the Organisers or their authorised representatives will be final and binding in the matter of ranking, position or prizes.
